By creating an account on kw-elt.com or in the KW-ELT apps you agree to these terms.
KW ELT provides live English classes with a teacher plus a learning platform (lessons, homework, practice). Lesson content is for your personal study only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
Keep your login and password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts for children under 18 are created and managed with parental consent.
Plans and lesson packs are agreed with your teacher. Payment terms, rescheduling and refunds are confirmed individually before purchase; you may cancel future billing at any time.
Live sessions may be recorded so absent classmates can catch up on what they missed. These recordings are securely shared only within your specific learning group, used for teacher training, or posted inside our community channels.
Do not disrupt classes, upload malicious content, or attempt to access other students' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
